This method is used to retrieve the chargeable events summarized by day, event type, country (if used) and
rate. This data can be used by resellers to drive their own billing processes. The data can be retrieved for
either an individual account or for charge back resellers simply pass your reseller account id and set the
IncludeConsumingAccountDetail to true to obtain all the activity of all child accounts in a single call.
The returned data will contain Credit based costs and rates, as well as a credit exchange rate and currency
code, so you can create costs in the chargeable currency. The InvoiceCurrencyTotal field is the total cost in
the account’s currency.
