Firewalls

If you use firewalls to restrict access from your systems to external servers you will require the IP address range information below to create new rules to allow your servers to access the our platform. If you do not restrict the IP addresses to which your systems connect you do not need to continue any further.

We recommend that your systems are configured to connect to our platform using HTTPS port 443 for added security. This will ensure that any data that is sent to our systems is encrypted.

Please ensure you add the following IP addresses to your firewall. For sending ensure they are permitted as the target IP address and for receiving data via our webhooks please ensure they are permitted originating IP addresses.
